Air conditioners should be turned off when not in the house. 6.Any guests beyond the number listed on your reservation will be charged a penalty of $100 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of the property. 7. Parking is available on the premises. To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be aware that any noise complaints from other guests may result in additional charges. 9. Any damage to the silverware and linen will incur extra charges. 10.For your convenience, we offer washer and dryer services for an additional fee of $10 per load. 11.Please be aware that power outages are occasionally experienced in this area due to the country’s unstable power supply.
