The bright living area has a sectional sofa and TV, and the fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, an island, coffee maker, blender, and dining table. Stay comfortable with split-type AC, ceiling fans, room-darkening shades, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. A crib is available for younger guests. Air conditioners should be turned off when not in the house. 6.Any guests beyond the number listed on your reservation will be charged a penalty of $100 per person per night. To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be aware that any noise complaints from other guests may result in additional charges. 9. Any damage to the silverware and linen will incur extra charges. 10.Please be aware that power outages are occasionally experienced in this area due to the country’s unstable power supply. Unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent these outages, and we are unable to offer refunds for any disruptions caused by them. 11. Please note that our home is situated in an area where Wi-Fi and cellular signals can occasionally be unreliable. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide compensation for any interruptions or outages in these services. 12. We are not liable for any issues that may arise during your stay. For the safety of your children, please supervise them both inside and outside our premises. Please keep all doors and windows closed when using the air conditioning, and turn it off when you are not inside the property.
